Conesville, October 19- The remains of Mr. Madison Stein of Des Moines arrived here Saturday evening accompanied by a Mr. Burntisel of Muscatine. Mr. Stein was a son-in-law of the late W. H. Crocker, Sr. The remains were taken to the Reformed church for the night. Sunday morning at 9:30 the relatives and a few friends accompanied the remains to the cemetery known as the James Smith cemetery where he was laid to rest by the side of his wife who passed away several years ago. Mr. Stein was about 70 years of age.
