Wapello, December 24 - Mrs. Warretta Bettier-Buell died at the hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, December 22, 1907, aged a little more than twenty-seven years. She was the elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Bettier, of Wapello, and had been living in Omaha several years. Her father and mother were at her bed side when the end came and they brought her body back to Wapello for interment. Funeral services occurred at the home of the parents, December 25, 1907, conducted by Rev. Koopman, assisted by Rev. Wm. Mackay, of Morning Sun. Two babes preceded her to the better land, with who she has now been reunited in truest love.
