Conesville - Prof Chas Dunkerton was summoned to Iowa City on Wednesday evening, where his wife had just passed through a surgical operation, but from which she never rallied, passing away about 1:30 o'clock Thursday morning. Although only residents here a short time, both Mr. and Mrs. Dunkerton have won many friends, who sympathize with him in this great affliction. Only a few short weeks ago they tenderly laid away their darling little babe, now the dear wife and companion. The remains will be taken to Cedar Falls for interment, where Mrs. Dunkerton's mother and other relatives live.
