Will Ellsworth whose home for some years was a Fredonia, died Saturday at Cedar Rapids where he had been taken some weeks ago for treatment. He has been around here at different times for many years. Was a book canvasser, selling Cram's Atlas of the World and other standard works. Was a peculiar sort of man; was full of various projects, all of which proved disappointments. Was an ardent Adventist, and at times, preached for that church. He leaves a wife and one daughter. The daughter however, is not the daughter of his present wife. He was an honest and consciencious man and in some ways, a man of much more than ordinary ability. He was a born poet and we have seen many nice things in that line written by him. As the world looks at things, he was not one of your "successful" men, in that he did not accumulate wealth. But he loved his fellow men and, after all, that's a good thing.
