Grandview, February 12- Mrs. Elmer McDaniel, who has been a sufferer for the last year, died last Wednesday morning. Mrs. McDaniel selected the scripture to be read at the funeral and also the pall bearers. They are J. J. Siek, Rush Gast, Ed Allen, Wm Dickerson, C. R. and Bert Zimmerman. The funeral was held from the Congregational church conducted by Rev. Evertt.

page 10 - Miss Elizabeth Kallenberger was born August 21, 1864 and died February 1, 1906, aged forty-one years, five months and seventeen days. She was united in marriage with Elmer McDaniel December 9, 1888, and to them two children were born, one of whom died some years ago. She leaves her husband, daughter, Inez, a mother, four brothers, three sisters and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her loss. The funeral was held Friday at the Congregational church, conducted by Rev. Everett and the remains laid to rest in the Grandview cemetery.
