Morning Sun, January 30 - There was a distressing accident happened at Newport on Monday. Mrs. Frank Allen had gone out of the house leaving her two little children. In some way the older one set fire to the babe which was lying in a rocking chair, and it was fatally burned. Physicians were called but nothing could be done, the little one dying a few hours late. The funeral services were held on Tuesday. Burial at Bethel.
