Ida Rhyner Krahl was born in Greencastle county, Missouri, January 17, 1878, and died at her home in Grandview, January 20, 1904, aged 26 years and 3 days. She came with her parents to Louisa county in 1879. Was united in marriage to W. H. Krahl, May 26, 1896. To this union were born three children. She was converted about two years ago and for many months her greatest comfort was found in the bible. For nearly two years she had been afflicted. During all her sickness she manifested a spirit of submission; always patient and thankful for the assistance of others. She leaves a husband and three children, Harold, Gertrude and Bernice; a father, mother, two brothers and three sisters to mourn their loss. The funeral service was conducted from the United evangelical church in Grandview, January 22. Services conducted by the pastor. L. H. Wood.
