Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Barnett of Letts, are passing through the deep waters of affliction by the death of their daughter, Helen, which occurred at their home Thursday evening, November 18. She bore every appearance of robust girlhood until six months before her death, a fact often commented upon by those who saw her as she came in to visit her afflicted grandmother, Mrs. Isaac Freeland of this place. Now that picture of health is gone. Things like these are mysteries we cannot penetrate. Helen was buried from the M. E. church in Letts and now rests in the beautiful cemetery at that place.
