Grandview, January 20 -Mrs. Henry Thompson died at her home January 14, 1902, aged 62 years, 3 months and 15 days. She was born in Dauphin county, Pennsylvania, coming to Louisa county in 1851. A husband and five children survive: Mrs. Alice Lindsey, of Muscatine; A. B., of Cedar Rapids, Neb.; J. A. of Louisa county; J. O., of Santa Paula, Cal., and W. H, of this city. The funeral services were conducted by M. G. Hamil Thursday, January 16, at the U. E. church. The pall bearers were R. C. Vibber, Chas. King, A. H, Young, C. Deluebecht, M. Guthrie and B. Christy.
