Miss Rosa Bedwell was born in Louisa county, Iowa, September 6, 1866, and died August 18, 1897 aged 30 years, 11 months and 12 days. She had long been a sufferer from consumption. Her death is a sad blow to her many friends and relatives. She leaves and aged mother, three sisters and three brothers. her father died 26 years ago. a sister died 14 years ago and a brother five years since. The funeral was conducted by Rev. D. H. Fouse at Cedar Bethel. The pallbearers were Robbie Lee, Elmer Coulter, Chas. Estel, Chas, Gipple, Sam'l Johnston and John Barker.
