Daniel Hill died in Chicago on last Wednesday. The remains were brought home Thursday and buried in the Morning Sun cemetery on Saturday. (see story December 6)

Died, at the Presbyterian hospital, Chicago, Illinois, November 22nd, 1893, Mr. Daniel A. Hill. Mr. Hill was born August 30th, 1863. he became Cahristian at the age of twenty-five, when he united with the Presbyterian church of Morning Sun, Iowa. His christian experience was of a sunny, hopeful cast. Amidst all his suffering for the past year he never complained, but was resigned to the Lord's will. April 20th , 1892, he was united in marriage to Miss Nannie Miller of Cairo, Iowa, who lives to mourn her dear husband, but who has the comforting assurance that he is ever with the Lord. The funeral was from the home of his father Mr. Adam Hill, November 25th, where a large company of relatives, friends and neighbors did the last sad rites, Revs. Campbell and Alexander officiating. Interment at Morning Sun cemetery.
