Catnip Ridge, Oct 9- Elma, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Forbes, died October 5, 1893, she was born April 1, 1892. She was a bright little girl and all that skill and loving care could do was done to restore her to health, but she faded away from the ones that loved her and made one more tie to bring them nearer heaven. Her remains were laid to rest in Swank cemetery October 6. Rev. Beade of Columbus Junction conducted the funeral service at the chapel. The friends have the sympathy of the community.
