Elm Grove, Feb. 13- The youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Shafer was buried at Spring Run cemetery Sunday, the 5th.

(2nd story same page) Died, on Saturday, February 11, little John, infant son of Mrs. and Mr. Jacob Shafer, aged four months. Funeral services on Sunday, conducted by Rev. Pugh, of Winfield. Interment in Spring Run burial ground.
