John Ross, who has made Morning Sun his home the past few years, died Tuesday at ten o'clock a. m. He was one of the early settlers of Marshall township. His wife had been dead a number of years and his daughter had been his house keeper. He was the father of a number of children, grown up and married. He leaves property of considerable value. His age was seventy-two.
