Obituary.

Mr. John Adye died December 27, of consumption. He was a young man of irreproachable character. respected and beloved by all who knew him. He was thoroughly converted a dew days before his death and died in the triumph of the Christian faith.

He was born December 22, 1863 and died at the age of 27 years and 5 days. He had been married about fourteen months. He leaves a father, mother, four sisters and young wife and child to mourn his loss. The funeral services, which took place on Monday at the church in Cairo, were very largely attended. Rev. D. Bancroft of Columbus City, officiating.
