OBITUARY.

Ernest Gray, only son of W. H. and M. L. Gray was born November 10, 1886, and died Saturday evening November 23, 1889, at half past eight o'clock, of diptheuretic sore throat. Ernest was a lovable little fellow, a favorite with all who knew him. While words can bring little consolation to the bereaved parents, they have indeed the heartfelt sympathy of all in their overwhelming loss. The remains were laid away by loving hands in the cemetery at Columbus City at 4:30 p. m. Sunday. "Of such is the kingdom of heaven."
