Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Parkins had the misfortune, on last Saturday, to lose their little boy, Scottie, by what was called Diptheria. Such loses can only be felt and receive the true sympathy of those who have been similarly affected. Scottie was one of our smart and affectionate little boys. One whom we all love and whose death will cast a gloom over many hearts who knew him.
School had been closed in Fredonia, awaiting developments of Diptheria.
