Mrs. Ebbie Centner

Oakville – Mrs. Ben (Ebbie) Centner, 70, prominent Oakville and Louisa county resident, died at the home of her son Art at 11:45 p.m. Thursday after a lengthy illness. The body was removed to Fry Funeral home, Mediapolis.

Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian church In Mediapolis with the Rev. Fred Robb officiating. Interment will be at Dolby cemetery south of Oakville.
Friends may call Saturday evening at Fry chapel between 7 and 9 p.m.

She was married to Ben Centerner Sept. 10, 1913. Survivors are the son Art, grandchildren Pamela and Gregory Centner and nieces and nephews. A sister, Mrs. Betty Owen, Spiney Hill, Saskatchewan, Canada, also survives.

Preceding in death were a brother, Wesley and an infant son.
