Judy A. Bockes, 60, of Hannibal, MO died at 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at the Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal.

Her body was cremated according to her wishes. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Bockes was born on July 2, 1950, in Fresno, CA. She was later adopted by Mrs. And Mrs. Ted Bellomy. She married Donald E. Bockes on July 22, 1972 in Centerville, IA and he survives of the home.

She is also survived by her brother, Billie Bellomy.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her adoptive parents.

She loved to cross stitch and enjoyed making quilts.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, her in-laws, and her many nieces and nephews.

Mr. and Mrs. Bockes moved back to the Hannibal area in June of 2009 from Wapello, IA where they had lived for several years.

Memorials may be made to the Northeast Missouri Humane Society in care of Grand View Funeral Home.
