Grace L. Keltner, 87, of Wapello, died Friday, Nov. 6, 1992, at Wapello Nursing and Care Center.

Born Nov. 15, 1904, near Wapello, she was the daughter of John and Molly Beik Hardman. She married Job Keltner Oct. 20, 1923, at Muscatine. He died March 3, 1991.

She was a homemaker and also operated Old Country Home Restaurant in their home for many years. She was a graduate of Grandview High School. She was a member of Grandview Community Bible Church and the Jolly Twenty Club.

Survivors include three daughters, Dorothy (Everett 'Bud') Webb of Wapello, Maxine (Ebb) Cornick of West Burlington and Jolene (Tom) Pogemiller of Wapello; five sons. Harlan Keltner of Columbus Junction, Clarence of Wayne City, Ill., Don Keltner of Wapello, Carl Keltner of Duneden, Fla., and Job Keltner Jr. of Wapello; 29 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two grandsons, a great-grandson and two brothers.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Grandview Community Bible Church, Grandview, with the Rev. Darryl Erickson officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, rural Grandview. A memorial has been established for the church and the Wapello Rescue Unit.
