Letts, Ia., June 12, 1912.

Mrs. W. T. Barnett, a well-known resident of this place, passed away at 8:30 last evening, at her home here. she had been seriously ill for the past three or four weeks. but had been in failing hearlth for the last nine years. Mrs. Barnett was 50 years of age at the time of he death. She was born in Grandview and the greater part of her life was spent in this county.

She is survived by her husband, One son, Lincoln Barnett, of Trenton, Mo., who was present when death claimed his mother, and one stepson, Ethan, of Fresno, Cal., who is now on his way east.

The funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist Episcopal Church. The services will be conducted by the pastor, Rev. T. F. Baker. Interment will be made in the Letts Cemetery.
