Mrs. Anna Bennett was born Nov. 21, 1845, and departed this life Thursday, Feb. 6, 1908, at Muscatine, Ia., after an illness of several months. She was united in marriage to James Bennett Oct. 28, 1865, who preceded her in death eight years ago. Deceased is survived by four children; Mrs. Fred Keifner, Mrs. James Wilson, Gordon and Frank, and an aged father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. McGill, of near Grandview, two sisters and six brothers. The funeral occurred Saturday p.m. from the Methodist church.
