Maxine B. Trible, age 80, of Cocoa Beach, Florida, and formerly of Muscatine, Iowa, died Friday, February 25, 2000, at the National Health Care Center at Merritt Island, Florida.

The daughter of August and Louisa Dubois Colson, she was born June 20, 1919 at Copernish, Michigan. She was married to Charles 'Happy' Trible.

She Had worked as an Assistant Manager in dry cleaning.

She was of the Protestant faith.

A graveside ceremony was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2000, at the Wapello Cemetery, Wapello, officiated by Rev. Jack Edmisson.

The Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello, provided the local care and arrangements for Maxine Trible.

Survivors include a brother, Leonard Colson of Cocoa Beach, and two sisters, Betty Earnest of Morning Sun, and Bernice Barkley of Cocoa, Fl.

Her parents and her husband 'Happy' and a brother George preceded her in death.
