WAPELLO - Irene McDill, 80, Wapello, died in Burlington Medical Center at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 1.

She was the daughter of William and Alice Agnew McDill, and was born on the McDill homestead Dec. 28, 1899. She graduated from Wapello high school in 1919 and from Monmouth college in 1923.

McDill was a member of the Wapello United Presbyterian church.

Surviving is a sister, Mae Jahr, Wapello.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday, Wapello United Presbyterian church, the Rev. Fred Robb; Harrison cemetery. A memorial to the church has been established at Dudgeon-McCulley funeral home.
