WAPELLO - Nina Mae Marshall, 82, died here Friday.

Services were today at 2 p.m. at the Wapello First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Bill Young officiated. Burial was at the Fulton Cemetery at Cairo.

A memorial service was conducted by the Derexxa Rebekah Lodge on Sunday evening at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of which she was a member.

Mrs. Marshall was born April 20, 1906 in Louisa County, a daughter of George and Anna Hank Fitzgerald. On May 29, 1926 she married James H. Marshall in Muscatine. He died March 26, 1974. She was also a member of the Presbyterian Women of the church, the Lyda Dorcas Guild, a member and past noble grand of the Derexxa Rebekah Lodge, the Louisa County Farm Bureau, the Louisa County Historical Society and the Retired Teachers Association. She had taught school at Cairo.

Survivors include a son, Robert of Branson, Mo.; two daughters, Anna Mae Chaplin of Wapello; and Betty Lou Scott of Maquoketa; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Beulah Sullivan of Thomson, Ill.

Also preceding her in death are her parents, two sons, one daughter and three sisters.
