Dian Judy Bergen, 42, Box 67, Grandview, died Tuesday night, July 5 at Muscatine General Hospital.

Services were Friday, July 8 at 10 a.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. The Rev. Don Campbell officiated. vocalist and guitarist was Sara Hungate McCleary. Commital service was Monday at 9 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.

The former Dian Neipert was born Sept. 18, 1945 at Muscatine, a daughter of Lloyd Leo and Ella Marie Foster Neipert. She was a life resident of the area. She married Justin Blake in June of 1963 in Letts. Her marriage to Jack Bergen was July 25, 1986 in Wapello.

Survivors include her husband, Jack; one son, Scott Blake at home; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Kelly) Skillin of California, and Kimberly Blake and Jeanine Blake, both at home; two grandchildren; her mother, Ella Marie Neipert of Muscatine; two brothers, Leo R. Neipert of Texas, and Larry D. Neipert of Kansas; and two sisters, Mrs. Wilber (Bernadine) Canady of Columbus Junction, and Mrs. James (Carol) Lissy of Durant.

Her father precedes her in death.
