Mrs. M.E. Beauchamp Called By Death

Mrs. Minnie Estella Beauchamp, 80, a life resident of the Crawfordsville and Winfield communities died Sunday morning, February 17th in Memorial hospital at Mt. Pleasant.

Last rites were held at First United Presbyterian church at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Dr. Chester E. Chandler officiated. Burial in Beauchamp cemetery.

Mrs. Beauchamp was born in Washington county June 20, 1882, the daughter of Andrew and Mary Black Allen. On Christmas Day, 1900, she was married to Aaron Clyde Beauchamp. They were married at the home of her parents, near Crawfordsville. Beauchamp died March 14, 1955.

Mrs. Beauchamp was a member of the Order of Eastern Star at Crawfordsville. She is survived by two sons and two daughters, Brumby Beauchamp, Rock Island, Illinois, Russell Beauchamp, Winfield and Mrs. Opal Rickey and Mrs. Velta Finke both of Crawfordsville.

Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Jennie Spangler, Crawfordsville; 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. A brother died previously.
