Former area farmer dies in Phoenix

David R. STAPP, 78, died Sunday, March 6*, at Humana Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.

Mr. STAPP was born in Colorado, and moved to Iowa in 1905. He farmed for many years in Iowa and was an implement dealer in Wilton before moving to Arizona in 1952.

Mr. STAPP married Doris O. Todd, November 25, 1925. He was preceded in death by one son Keith, and is survived by his wife, Doris, a son Thomas E. of Thousaand Oaks, California, two daughters Betty Bennett, and Cheryl Fiedler of Phoenix, Arizona and seven grandchildren.

Services were held in Phoenix on March 9.
