Large Residence Belonging to Elijah Baker Was Burned This Morning - Family Was Away.

Fire of an unknown origin destroyed the large residence on the Elijah Baker farm, about a mile west of Fruitland, this morning. The structure was burned to the ground and only a small part of the household goods was saved. The residence was occupied by William Thompson and family, but the entire family was away at the time of the disaster.
