On last Thursday evening, Aug. 19, at 8 o'clock at the home of Daniel Anthony, occurred the marriage of his daughter, Miss Lelia, to Mr. Clarence Thorley of Columbus Junction. After the ceremony a three course supper was served. The bride wore white voile and the decorations were white hydrangia and potted plants. Mr. and Mrs. Thorley returned to their home in Columbus Junction that night. The out-of-town guests were: Mrs. Shelhart, of Worcester, Ohio; Mr. and Mrs. Nettie Dill, of Columbus Junction, and Henry Hingst, of Letts. The groom is a mail clerk on the Rock Island railroad. Mrs. Thorley has a host of friends at this place who wish her joy and the best of luck.
