Boy is Hurt By Fall From Horse

Letts, Ia., Aug. 9 - Keith Beik, the six year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Beik, is recovering from the effects of injuries received while horse back riding early in the week.

His mount stumbled and fell pinioning the boy underneath and breaking his leg just above the knee. Monday night the little fellow suffered intensely.

Grandview boys seem unfortunate with horseback riding. Two boys have been dragged to death in the past few years.
