CENTRAL CITY--Foster Edson Taylor died at his home three miles south of Central City Thursday. Funeral services will be held at the Hatch funeral home at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. E.C. Allen in charge. Burial will be in Mt. Clark cemetery. Son of John and Jane Taylor, he was born October 29, 1865 in Central City. On Feb. 16, 1893, he was married to Anna Melissa Steele of Eddyville. Surviving are the widow, two daughters, Mrs. Ivia Karch and Mrs. Myrtle Fairley of Marion, three sons, John of Waterloo, Oscar of Marion and Dale of Central City. There are six grandchildren.
