Our beloved Rachelle Lynn Dickinson was called home to be with the Lord on Sept. 17, 2021, after a long battle with her illness. Her family held a private celebration of her life.

Surviving family includes her partner, Raymond Swett of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; children, Rayshaun and Rayden Swett of Tacoma, Wash.; grandma, Joyce Davis of Cedar Rapids; mother, Susan Peterson of Arlington, Iowa; father and stepmom, Roger and Kathy Dickinson of Lockport, N.Y.; siblings, Michelle Dickinson, Catrina and Travis Ness, Sandy and Tim Skaar, all of Cedar Rapids, Alycia and Mike Krasny of San Diego, Calif., Laney Dickinson of Lady Lake, Fla., and Brian Bringman-Dickinson, Boca Raton, Fla.; and many loving nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.

Rachelle was born May 16, 1984, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Susan Peterson and Roger Dickinson, along with her twin sister, Michelle. She grew up in Cedar Rapids and worked for many years at Infinity Contact in Marion, Iowa, where she made lasting impressions with her co-workers.

Rachelle's light in this world was bright, she loved hard and loved all. She was full of wit and sass and wasn't afraid to show it. She loved her boys with her whole heart. She was a caring friend and had a sensitive and compassionate soul and will be greatly missed.

Donations may be directed to the Rachelle Dickinson Memorial Fund at Veridian Credit Union. Funds will go to support Community Resources United to Stop Heroin addiction recovery services in Linn County, Iowa.
