Richard "Dick" L. Koehn, 85, of Mount Vernon, passed away Sunday, Aug. 8, 2021, at the Lisbon Rehabilitation Center. Celebration of Life services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW. Burial will be in Bertram Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids.
