Robert Garland, 58, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Friday, Aug. 6, 2021, from stroke complications. A Celebration of Robb's Life will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East, 1228 Second St. SE, in the New Bohemia District. Burial will be at a later date in Boone, Iowa.
