Mrs. Perthemia Dougal, widow of George Dougal, died at her home, 1218 South Third street west, last midnight, following a lingering illness. She was born Oct. 25, 1840 in New York state and had lived in this city for thirty-seven years. She was married to George Dougal in 1864. Surviving are three children Karl Dougal and Janet of this city and Mrs. J.A. Conover of Indianapolis, Ind. Mr. Dougal and three children preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Christian church. Funeral services will be held in the Turner chapel at 2 p.m . Friday. The Rev. R.B. Hyten will officiate and burial will be in Linwood cemetery.
