Former Resident Dies--
Ora Cooper Evans, 74, died Sunday morning at Grundy Center. Mrs. Evans was graduated from Marion high school in 1905 and Cornell college in 1909. She was married to Thomas E. Evans in 1917. He preceded her in death. She moved to Grundy Center in 1924. Survivors include a son, Thomas, and a grandchild. Services: Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Methodist church, Grundy Center. Graveside services Tuesday at 3, Oakshade cemetery in Marion.
