Toddville, Ia., Nov. 27--Hanna Alverta Harris was born in Clinton county, Iowa, August 7, 1857, came to Linn county in her early life. She was married to John Deal of Toddville in December, 1891; died at her home near Toddville, November 22, age 51 years, nine months, fourteen days. She leaves to mourn her loss two sons, John of Cedar Rapids and Albert of Toddville. Her husband preceded her in death. The funeral was conducted at the Free Methodist church at Toddville, November 23, the Rev. George G. Hagerman, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Mr. McDonald of Toddville. Interment in Dunkard cemetery.
