She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Kubik and Mamie Kubik (Kimes); her husband Harold V. Johnson; her son Bob "BJ" Johnson; and her siblings, Harold Kubik and Kaye Good.

She is survived by : her son Donald Johnson (Sharon) of Cedar Rapids; her grandsons, Jayson Johnson (Anne) of Solon and Christopher Johnson (Robin) of Plymouth, Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Rylee, Tatum and Tessa Johnson; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Davis of Cedar Rapids.

Memorials may be directed to Asbury United Methodist Church or to the family.
