VIOLA--Mrs. Anna Scott Barry Todd, 84, Viola, died Monday, Oct. 8, at her home in Viola.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 11, in the Viola Methodist church. Rev. Charles Willming, Anamosa, officiated at the services. Burial was in the Wilcox cemetery.

She was born Feb. 8, 1878, near Shady Valley, Tenn. She was married to Cecil Roberts Todd, Oct. 16, 1902, in Monmouth, Ill. She joined the Christian church, Shady Valley, Tenn., at the age of 18.

Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Bruce; a grandson, Cecil; a granddaughter, Isabel; grandchildren, Stephen and Annette Parks, Exira; a brother, Albert Barry, 91, Harriman, Tenn.; and a sister, Laura Scott, Shady Valley, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1943 and two children in infancy.
