Harley G. Notbohm, Center Point, Dies
CENTER POINT - Harley G. Notbohm, 73, a retired freight line operator and a lifelong Linn county resident, died Thursday in a Cedar Rapids hospital. He
was born Jan. 28, 1893, near Lafayette. On Dec. 20, 1916, he was married to Nellie Lewis at Center Point. Mr. Notbohm was a member of the Evangelical
United Brethren church. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Don Johansen of Davenport; three sisters, Carrie Hochspeier of Salem, Ore.; Manda Schmickle of Alburnett and Myrtle Stephenson of Marion; a brother, Adolph Notbohm of Monticello and two grandchildren. Services: 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Murdoch chapel in Center Point conducted by the Rev. Howard Grossoehme. Burial : Center Point cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
