The Marion Register Monday December 23, 1907
Mrs. John McGilvery, a sister of our townsman, Mr. Al Hutchinson, died at her home in Cedar Rapids, Saturday evening of paralysis. The funeral services will be held at the house at 1 p.m. to-day, conducted by the pastor of the Baptist church in that city. Her sisters, Mesdames Towle and Farr of Wyoming and Krebs, of Minneapolis are here to attend the funeral. Interment in the Marion cemetery at three o'clock.

Death of Mrs. McGillvary
Mrs. F.H. McGillvary died at 5:30 yesterday morning at the family residence, 227 Second avenue west, after a short illness from apoplexy. The funeral was held at 1 o'clock this afternoon from the residence. Interment was made at Marion cemetery.
