The funeral services of the late Mrs. Nellie Reiter were held from the Christian church Sunday afternoon and were conducted by Rev. J.B. Gonzales. Interment was in Oak Shade cemetery. Nellie Leora Coffitt was born near Marion, Linn County, Iowa, October 12th, 1874, and died November 2d, 1899. She was the second of eleven children of Alexander and Amelia Coffitt; was married to Clarence E. Reiter, June 24th, 1896. Besides her husband and a little girl bab, 7 months old, she leaves a great circle of relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
