Orville Harold Moore, 61, a Cedar Rapids resident for 15 years and a retired employee of the Quaker Oats Co., died at his home Oct. 27 following a sudden illness.

He was born Sept. 4, 1902, at Central City and was married to Florence Frasher Dec. 11, 1954, at Tipton.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a stepson, George M. Frasher, LaPorte, Ind., and a brother, William Moore, Belle Plaine.
