Mrs. Mary Dvorak, wife of C.J.[sic] Dvorak, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C.E. Longstreth, Cleveland, O., today, following a two years' illness.
Mrs. Dvorak resided in Cedar Rapdis until two years ago. She was born in Kilner[sic], Wis., Jan. 14, 1861, and came to Cedar Rapids when four years of age. On February 18?, 1878, she was married to C.J. Dvorak.
Mrs. Dvorak is survived by her husband and three daughters, Mrs. M.V. Carnish, Toupenish, Wash., Mrs. Dan Boyle, Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. C.E. Longstreth, Cleveland, O., one grandson, Edward R. Boyle, Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. J.C. Kilma and Mrs. F.O. Hanion, Cedar Rapids.
She was a member of Cedar Rapids CL.. No. ?5, Tribe of Ben Hur; M.?.A. No. 144, C.Z.B.J. and Praha Rebekah No. 5.
The body will be brought back to Cedar Rapids for funeral services and burial.
