Charles M. Havlik, 96 of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Arizona, passed away on December 3, 2019. Private graveside services were held at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery in Cedar Rapids.

Charles was born on April 20, 1923 to Charles and Matilda (Martin) Havlik. Charles worked as a chemical engineer for many years before retiring.
