Grab for Butter Is Fatal.
John O’Hare, a fireman on the Rock Island, met a horrible death as his train was passing through the little station of Oasis, where it does not stop. He had arranged with a farmer to bring him a basket of butter and reached from the engine to get it. He fell out and died just after reaching the hospital in Cedar Rapids.
