Mrs. Eva Beach, 54, Died Friday Evening
The funeral service for Mrs. Eva Beach was conducted from the Yocom chapel Tuesday afternoon at 3:30, Rev. E.T. Gough, pastor of the Methodist church officiating. She passed away at her family home Friday evening, May 14. Burial was made in Oak Shade cemetery.
She was born the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Harrison, near Bertram January 1, 1883, and has lived in Linn county all her life. She was married October 21, 1903, to Roy Beach, who survives her, together with their daughter, Mrs. Ruth Kenney of Viola, and one son, Claire Beach, at home. There are three grandchildren. There is also surviving her mother, Mrs. Jennie Harrison of Long Beach, Calif., one brother, Robert Harrison of Cedar Rapids, and three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Paul of Springville, Mrs. Myrtle Reid of Hollywood, and Mrs. Ruth Wilson of San Pedro, Calif.
