Dorothy “Dannie” Swarzentruber, 98, died Thursday, January 17, 2019 after a long illness at Hillcrest Care Center, Sumner, Iowa. She was a lifetime resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Burial will be a later date in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.

Dorothy Stirsky was born September 21, 1920, she is survived by Darlene Lewis, Ray and Lavonne Danenhauer, Karol Weakland and Dick Swarzentruber,15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Art and Helen Stirsky, her brother Verle Stirsky, George Danenhauer and Art Swarzentruber.
