Frank E. Mudgett.
Frank E. Mudgett was born January 22, 1876, in Low Moor, Iowa, and died Saturday at 11:30 p.m. at his home. He was 41 years, 3 months and 6 days old.
Mr. Mudgett has been a resident of Marion for the last nineteen years, and was employed as switchman for the Milwaukee road. Later he went to New Brunswick, N.J., being employed with a large wholesale fruit house. Of late Mr. Mudgett was employed by Joseph Milner, assisting in the operation of a local dray line.
Mr. Mudgett is survived by his parents, one brother, Oliver, and one sister, Mrs. Nettie Bronson. A niece lives at Ames.
The funeral was held from the home, 1621 Sixth avenue, at 2:30 p.m. today, in charge of the Rev. Irving Starr. Burial was made in Oak Shade cemetery.
